We bought a wonderful new house that unfortunately came with very harsh, cheap LED lighting. Ian was able to understand our light sensitivity and come up with a plan to change out the recessed cans and bulbs that worked really well. Ian helped with the design and selection of the lighting on a remodel of an oceanfront condominium project that I manage in Wailea on Maui. His help with envisioning the effect of the various fixtures was invaluable and saved us what could have been much trial and error. He was also able to help us purchase high quality light fixtures at a discount from what I was being quoted. Considering that we have 152 condo units that each needed five to seven lights on the exterior and entry areas, the savings added up.
